A note from Joe
I believe informed residents build a stronger hometown.
My wife, Heather, and I are raising our family in Tallapoosa because we value the community, small-town character, and sense of connection found here. Running for mayor gave me the opportunity to hear from residents across our city—and those conversations should not end because the election did.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mobile Development from Full Sail University and spent more than 25 years in multifamily and student housing. That work taught me how budgeting, operations, maintenance, planning, and steady follow-through shape the places people call home.
This publication is a way to keep listening, asking useful questions, sharing what I learn, and helping neighbors find the information they need to participate.
